Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Warlike Service) Determination 2005

I, DE-ANNE KELLY, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, for the Minister for Defence,
(a)        revoke the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Warlike Service) Determination 2004 dated 30 June 2004; and
(b) make this Determination under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.

1              Name of Determination

This Determination is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Warlike Service) Determination 2005.

2 Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Warlike service

For paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004, service in an operation specified in Schedule 1 is warlike service for the purposes of that Act.
