1  Name of determination

This determination is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Pay-related Allowances) Determination 2014.

2  Commencement

This determination commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

This determination is made under subsection 11(1) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.

4  Definitions

In this determination:

Act means the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.

section 58H determination allowance means an allowance paid under a determination made under section 58H of the Defence Act 1903.

5  Pay‑related allowances

For subsection 11(1) of the Act, a section 58H determination allowance specified in column 1 of an item in the following table is taken to have been a pay‑related allowance for the purposes of the Act since the date specified in column 2 of the item.
