1  Name

This instrument is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Pay-related Allowances) Amendment Determination 2019.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Pay‑related Allowances) Determination 2017

1  Section 6 (after table item 17)

Insert:

17A Location allowance 1 July 2017

2  Section 6 (table item 22, column 1)

Omit “Trainees”, substitute “Trainee’s”.

3  Section 7 (table item 16, column 1)

Omit “proficiency”.
