1          Name of Determination

This Determination is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation   (non-warlike service) Determination 2007/1.

2          Nature of this Determination

For the avoidance of doubt, this Determination does not affect the operation of the previous Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (non-warlike service) Determination 2006/2.

3          Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 July 2006.

4          Non-warlike service

For paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004, service on an operation specified in the Schedule is non-warlike service for the purposes of that Act.
