I, Bruce Billson, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, make this Determination under paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.

1              Name of Determination

This Determination is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Non-warlike Service) Determination 2006/2.

2 Revocation of Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Non-warlike Service) Determination 2006

This Determination revokes and replaces the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Non-warlike Service) Determination 2006.

3              Commencement

This Determination is taken to have commenced on 20 July 2006.

4              Non-warlike service

For paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004, service in an operation specified in Schedule 1 is non-warlike service for the purposes of that Act.
