Name of Determination

This Determination is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation
(Members) Determination 2006.

I, BRUCE BILLSON, Minister for Veterans' Affairs, for the Minister for Defence, make this Determination under subsection 8(1) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.

2             Commencement and application

(1) This Determination applies from 1 February 2006 until 30 April 2006.

(2) For paragraph 8(2)(a) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation

Act 2004, this Determination applies from 1 February 2006 until 30 April

2006.

3              Person taken to be member

For subsection 8(1) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004, the person specified in Schedule 1 who performs the acts, or engages

in activities, specified in that Schedule is taken to be a member for the purposes of that Act.
