This Determination is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act Education and Training Scheme (Portability Adjustments) Determination 2012.

This Determination commences on 1 January 2013

The variation to the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act Education and Training Scheme 2004 by item 4 of the Schedule applies in relation to a period of temporary absence from Australia starting on or after 1 January 2013.
