[1] Name of Determination

This Determination is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act Education and Training Scheme (Numbering/Double Orphan Amendments) Determination No.M4/2005.

[2] Commencement

(1) Subject to subparagraph (2), this Determination commences the day after it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

(2) Upon the commencement of this Determination, paragraph [10] commences after paragraph [9]; and paragraphs [14], [15] and [16] commence after paragraph [13].

[3] Definitions

(a)     "Principal Determination” means the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act Education and Training Scheme 2004.

(b)     A term referred to in this Determination has the same meaning given to it (if any) in the Principal Determination, as varied by this Determination, or as given to it in the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004.
