NUMBER SPECIFIED IN WRITING BY THE COMMISSION FOR

THE PURPOSES OF THE DEFINITION OF "SPECIFIED

NUMBER" IN SUBSECTION 138(3) OF THE MILITARY

REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2004

For the purposes of the definition of specified number in subsection 138(3),

the Commission specifies the number 0.03.

This specification has effect on and from 1 July 2004.
