PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACTS 1903-1904.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulations under the Defence Acts 1903-1904 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulations to come into operation forthwith as Provisional Regulations.

Regulations (Provisional) for the Military Forces of the Commonwealth.

Amendments.

Regulation 564 is cancelled and the following substituted therefor:—

“564. The Inspector of Ordnance Machinery will be the Officer in charge of the Armament Artificers of the Commonwealth Military Forces for all work in connexion with their duties as prescribed by these Regulations.”

Regulation 567.—After the word “pay,” at the end of first sentence, add “and discipline.” After the word “pay,” in marginal note, add “and discipline.”

Regulation 569.—Delete “discipline” in last line.

Regulation 575.—At end of Regulation, add “and Officer Commanding Royal Australian Artillery.”
