STATUTORY RULES.
PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACTS 1903-1904.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Acts 1903-4 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

In Regulation 141, under heading—
“2.
For— “Staff Squadron, Battery, or Company Sergeant-Major (Graded in 4th subdivision for pay),”
Read— “Staff Sergeant-Major.”
Cancel— “Staff Squadron, Battery, or Company Sergeant-Major (Graded in 2nd and 3rd subdivision for pay),” and “Staff Squadron, Battery, or Company Sergeant-Major (Graded in 1st subdivision for pay).”
