Regulations (Provisional) for the Military Forces of the Commonwealth.
After Regulation 106 (
b ) add:—106c. An Officer of the Citizen Forces who has passed in any of the subjects contained in the Syllabus of the military examination for transfer and first appointment to the Permanent Forces, will for a period of five years from the date of such examination, be exempt from examination for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant or Captain in such subject.
