REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1965.*

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1965.

Application.

3. The amendments of the Military Financial Regulations effected by the preceding regulations of these Regulations apply in relation to—

(a)service in the Permanent Military Forces or the Regular Army Emergency Reserve on and after the ninth day of July, 1965; and

(b)service in the Citizen Military Forces on and after the first day of July, 1965.
