REGULATIONS
UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

AMENDMENTS OF THE
MILITARY FINANCIAL REGULATIONS
(a) by omitting the table in paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following table:

(b) by omitting the table in paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2) and substituting the following table:

(d) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “$3.75” and substituting “$3.90”.

(a) an authorized journey within the meaning of Division 10 of Part II of those Regulations, or part of such an authorized journey, made after 30 April 1979; and
(b) travel in respect of which meal allowance is payable under regulation 107 of those Regulations undertaken after 30 April 1979.
