INTERIM DETERMINATION UNDER THE DEFENCE AMENDMENT ACT 19791

I, the Minister of State for Administrative Services acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Amendment of the Military Financial Regulations2

Vehicle allowance

 1. Regulation 108 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the table in sub-regulation (2) and substituting the following table:

Application

 2. The Military Financial Regulations as amended by clause 1 apply in relation to travel by a member on or after 5 December 1979.
