INTERIM DETERMINATION UNDER THE DEFENCE

AMENDMENT ACT 19791

I, the Minister of State for Administrative Services acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

AMENDMENTS OF THE MILITARY FINANCIAL REGULATIONS2

Flying allowance

1. Regulation 33 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:

“(4) This regulation shall cease to have effect from the date of making of Determination

0106, Flying Allowance under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903.”.

Flight pay

2. Regulation 33A of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:

“(3)

This regulation shall cease to have effect from the date of making of Determination 0107,

Flight Duties Allowance under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903
