Military Financial Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Interpretation

 Regulation 135 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended —

• (a)

  by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the definition of ‘child’;

• (b)

  by omitting paragraph (b) from the definition of “family” in sub-regulation (1); and

• (c)

  by omitting paragraph (c) from the definition of “family” in sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following paragraph:

  • “(c)

    a child;”.
