Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Post-graduate courses—medical officers

1. Regulation 172 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting sub-regulation (2); and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “or a refresher course of training”.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0712, Medical and Dental Officers—Refresher Training Bounty is made under section 58bof the Defence Act 1903.
