MINISTER OF STATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, acting for and on behalf of the
Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination
under Section 12 of the Defence Amendment
Act 1979.

1. Regulation 156 of the
Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) of
sub-regulation (3) “furlough under the Defence Force (Furlough) Regulations”
and substituting “long service leave in accordance with Determination 2701,
Long Service Leave made under section 58b
of the Defence Act 1903”.

Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) of

and substituting “long service leave in accordance with Determination 2701,

of the Defence Act 1903”.
Application
3. This Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 2701, Long
Service Leave is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
