Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

1, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Repeal

1. Regulations 28 and 29 of the Military Financial Regulations are repealed.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0104, Higher Duties Allowance is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
