I, THE
MINISTER OF STATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES acting for and on behalf of the
Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination
under Section 12 of the Defence Amendment
Act 1979.

Repeal
1. Regulation 17a of the Military Financial Regulations is repealed.
Application
of regulation 17b to certain
members
2. Regulation 17ba of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting “regulation 17a and” and substituting “regulation”.
Application
3. This Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which clauses 35 to 47 inclusive
of Determination 2601, Recreation Leave, made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903, come into effect.
