Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Broken Hill allowance

Regulation 46 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting “is payable at the rate of $1.77 per day to a member” and substituting “is payable at the rate of—

(a) $ 1.77 per day to a category M member or a category MS member; and

(b) $0.88 per day to a category O member,”.
