Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903.

Regulation 275 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting from the definition of “officer” in sub-regulation (7) “Second or Third Division of the Australian Public Service” and substituting “Australian Public Service the minimum rate of salary for which is not less than the minimum rate of salary for an office of Clerk, Class 1, in that Service”.
