I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Vehicle allowance

 1. Regulation 108 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting from column 4 of the table in sub-regulation (2)—

• (a)

  “23.7” and substituting “27.9”;

• (b)

  “20.6” and substituting “24.0”;

• (c)

  “17.4” and substituting “19.1”; and

• (d)

  “15.5” and substituting “17.1”.

Application

 2. The Military Financial Regulations as amended by this Interim Determination shall apply in relation to travel by a member on or after 4 December 1982.
