Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE SUPPORT acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Oversea outfit allowance

Regulation 150 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after “Where a member is posted oversea” in sub-regulation (1) “or is ordered to proceed oversea”; and

(b) by inserting the following sub-regulation after sub-regulation (2):

“(3) In this regulation, a reference to a member shall include a reserve member.”.
