Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

When pay issuable

1. Regulation 194 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “September, December, March and June unless the Minister otherwise determines” and substituting “October, January, April and July”.

Issue of pay subject to conditions in certain cases

2. Regulation 195 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (2).
