MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of
State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under
section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act
1979.

Rental
allowance on occupying furnished premises in new locality
1. Sub-regulation 128 (2)
of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by inserting “classified under
the permanent scales and standards for married quarters as specified in the
Department of Defence publication Services’ Scales and Standards of
Accommodation” after “married quarters”.
Application
2. The Military Financial
Regulations as amended by this Interim Determination shall apply in respect of
the occupation of premises by a member or, where a member dies, by a member of
his family after his death, on or after 17 November 1983.
