I, THE
MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of
State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under
section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act
1979.

Repeal
1. Regulation 133 of the
Military Financial Regulations is repealed.
Members
of different ranks jointly maintaining a home
2. Regulations 134a of the Military Financial Regulations
is amended by omitting “, 132 or 133” and substituting “or 132”.
Members
of like rank jointly maintaining a home
3. Regulation 134b of the Military Financial Regulations
is amended by omitting “, 132 or 133” and substituting “or 132”.
Member
married to a member of the Air Force
4. Regulation 134c of the Military Financial Regulations
is amended by omitting “, 132 or 133” (wherever occurring) and substituting “or
132”.
5. Regulation 134e of the Military Financial Regulations
is amended by omitting “, 132 or 133” and substituting “or 132”.
Application
6. This Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 2001,
Allowance for Loss on Sale of Vehicle, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
