I, THE
MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of
State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under
section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act
1979.

Interpretation
1. Regulation 188 of the
Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting “regulation 4 of the
Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations” from the definition of “officer
who is in receipt of pay at an annual rate” and substituting “clause 8 of
Determination 0199, Pay of Reserve Force Members, made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903”.
Application
2. This Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0199, Pay of
Reserve Force Members, is made under section 58b
of the Defence Act 1903.
