I, THE
MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of
State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under
section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act
1979.

Repeal
1. Regulations 132 and 136
of the Military Financial Regulations are repealed.
Members
of different ranks jointly maintaining a home
2. Regulation 134a of the Military Financial Regulations
is amended by omitting “or 132”.
Members
of like rank jointly maintaining a home
3. Regulation 134b of the Military Financial Regulations
is amended by omitting “or 132”.
Member
married to a member of the Air Force
4. Regulation 134c of the Military Financial Regulations
is amended by omitting “or 132” (wherever occurring).
5. Regulation 134e of the Military Financial Regulations
is amended by omitting “or 132”.
Application
6. This Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 1904,
Allowance for Loss on Sale of Furniture and Effects, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
