Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Repeal

1. Regulation 164 of the Military Financial Regulations is repealed.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 3801, Representation Allowance and Determination 3802, Entertainment Allowance are made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
