Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903.

Recovery of costs where member has enforceable claim

Regulation 262 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting in sub-regulation (1) “, by instrument,” after “may”; and

(b) by inserting in sub-regulation (1) “by that instrument” after “by the Minister”.
