Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE
MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of
State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under
section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act
1979.

Method of travel
1. Regulation 76 of the
Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of
sub-regulation (2).
Repeal
2. Regulations 94, 108,
108aa and 134 of the Military
Financial Regulations are repealed.
Allowances
3. Regulation 222 of the
Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting “vehicle allowance” from
paragraph (1) (c) and substituting “Vehicle Allowance in accordance with
Determination 0402, Vehicle Allowance, made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903”.
Application
4. This Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0402, Vehicle
Allowance, is made under section 58b
of the Defence Act 1903.
