I, THE
MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of
State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under
section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act
1979.

Repeal
1. Regulation 26 of the
Military Financial Regulations is repealed.
Stoppages of salary and
allowances
2. Regulation
266 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph
(b) of sub-regulation (1) “regulation 26” and substituting “Determination 0806,
Detained Member’s Dependant Allowance, made under section 58b of the Act”.
Application
3. This Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0806,
Detained Member’s Dependant Allowance, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
