Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR AVIATION acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Repeal

1. Regulations 126, 127 and 128 of the Military Financial Regulations are repealed.

Application

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determinations 0503, Defence Force Rental Expense Assistance Allowance, and 0504, Temporary Accommodation Allowance, are made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
