Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

No deductions other than those authorized

1. Regulation 264 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting “the Act,” and substituting “a determination in force under section 58b of the Act, by the Act, or by”.

Assignment of pay void

2. Regulation 269 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by inserting “under a determination in force under section 58b of the Act,” after “charge” (second occurring).
