Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE
MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination
under section 12 of the Defence Amendment
Act 1979.

Repeal
1. Division 10 of Part II
of the Military Financial Regulations is repealed.
2. Part III of the
Military Financial Regulations is repealed.
3. Division 4 of Part IV
of the Military Financial Regulations is repealed.
4. Regulation 244 of the
Military Financial Regulations is repealed.
Allowances
5. Regulation 222 of the
Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting sub-paragraph (1) (b) and
substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(b)
Meal Allowance in accordance with Determination 0506, Meal Allowance, made
under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903;”.
Application
6. This Interim
Determination shall take effect on the day on which Determination 0506, Meal
Allowance, is made under section 58b
of the Defence Act 1903.
