Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Payment of fees for courses of study

1. Regulation 171 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting sub-regulations (1) and (2); and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “under this regulation”.

Post-graduate and refresher courses—medical officers

2. Regulation 172 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1).
