Military Financial Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

Interpretation

1. Regulation 5 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of “weekend or periodic detention” from sub-regulation (1).

Suspension, variation or cancellation of allotment

2. Regulation 52 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by adding at the end of sub-regulation (5) “, as in force from time to time as modified from time to time by determinations made under section 58H of that Act”.

Repeal of Part IV

3. Part IV of the Military Financial Regulations is repealed.
