Military Financial Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903.*

of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under

Amendment of the Military Financial Regulations
Regulation 275 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (7) and substituting the following sub-regulation:—
“ (7) In this regulation—
‘ disbanded war-time unit ’ has the same meaning as in Part III of the
Services Trust Funds Act 1947;‘ officer ’ means—
(a) an officer of the Army, Navy or Air Force; or
(b) a person holding, or performing the duties of, an office in the Second or Third Division of the Australian Public Service.”.
