Migration (Review) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Migration Act 1958.

Illegal entrants who may apply for review

Regulation 21b of the Migration (Review) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) “July” and substituting “November”.
