Migration Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, DEPUTY OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Migration Act 1958.

Repeal

1. Regulation 116 of the Migration Regulations is repealed.

Refugee B (restricted) visa or entry permit

2. Regulation 117 of the Migration Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (c).

Repeal

3. Regulations 138 and 142aof the Migration Regulations are repealed.
