Migration Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Migration Act 1958.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Migration Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Regulation 99 (Division to cease to have effect)

2.1   Omit “31 March 1991.”, substitute “30 June 1991.”.

3.   Regulation 123b (Continuing student whose temporary entry permit or visa operating as a temporary entry permit has expired)

3.1   Paragraph 123b (c):

Omit “19 December 1990;”, substitute “1 May 1991;”.

3.2   Paragraph 123b (d):

Omit “1 April 1991.”, substitute “1 May 1991.”.

4.   Regulation 126 (Extended eligibility (spouse) entry permit

4.1   Paragraph 126 (2)  (b):

Omit “31 March 1991.”, substitute “4 April 1991.”.
