THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations

Amendments of the Migration Regulations
“(1.) A person who
attends to give evidence before a Commissioner shall, in respect of that
attendance, be paid such fees and allowances as the Commissioner thinks fit to
allow in accordance with the scale prescribed from time to time, for the
