PAYMENT OF VISA APPLICATION CHARGES AND FEES IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES

(Paragraph 5.36(1A)(a))

I, STEPHEN SHEEHAN, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’) SPECIFY in the Schedule to this Instrument the amount in a foreign currency which corresponds to the amount payable for a fee in Australian dollars, for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Regulations.

This Instrument, IMMI 12/134, commences on 1 January 2013.
