REFUND OF SECOND INSTALMENT OF VISA APPLICATION CHARGES

(PARAGRAPH 2.12H(2)(f))

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under regulation 2.12H of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’) SPECIFY, in the Schedule to this instrument, for the purposes of paragraph 2.12H(2)(f) of the Regulations, the provisions under which the second instalment of the visa application charge is payable.

This Instrument, IMMI 09/137, commences on 21 December 2009.
