WORKING HOLIDAY VISA - POST OFFICE BOX ADDRESSES

(PARAGRAPH 1225(3)(a))

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 1225(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 ("the Regulations"):

1. REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 05/089 signed on 25 October 2005 specifying an address as the post office box address for the purposes of paragraph 1225(3)(a) of the Regulations; AND

2. SPECIFY the following addresses as the post office box addresses for the purposes of paragraph 1225(3)(a) of the Regulations:

HOBART  TAS  7001

AUSTRALIA

or

PO Box 1269

CAIRNS QLD 4870

AUSTRALIA 

This Instrument, IMMI 08/075, commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
