ELIGIBLE EDUCATION PROVIDERS AND EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERS
(Clauses 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112)
I, CHRIS BOWEN, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under clauses 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112 of Schedule 2 of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
1.REVOKE Instrument IMMI 12/053 signed on 18 June 2012, specifying eligible education providers and educational business partners for the purposes of clauses 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112; AND
2.SPECIFY for the purpose of paragraphs 573.112(a) and 574.112(a) and clause 575.112 the education providers listed in column A of Schedule A to this Instrument as an eligible education provider; AND
3.SPECIFY for the purpose of paragraphs 573.112(b) and 574.112(b) the education providers listed in column B of Schedule A to this Instrument as educational business partners of the education provider mentioned in column 1.
This Instrument, IMMI 12/090, commences on 24 November 2012.

[NOTE 1: Clause 573.112 of the Regulations provides that the Minister may, by instrument in writing, specify an education provider as an eligible education provider and specify one or more other education providers as educational business partners of the education provider already mentioned.
