INSTITUTIONS AND DISCIPLINES

(CLAUSE 476.212)

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under clause 476.212 of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

1. REVOKE Instrument number 07/062 signed on 28 August 2007, specifying institutions and disciplines for the purposes of clause 476.212 of Schedule 2 to the Regulations;

1. SPECIFY each educational institution referred to in the Schedule to this Instrument as an institution for the purposes of paragraph 476.212(b) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations; AND

1. SPECIFY Engineering as a discipline for the purposes of clause 476.212 of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.

This Instrument, IMMI 08/059, commences on 9 August 2008.
