KINDS OF FEES OR CHARGES 2016/083

(Regulation 5.41B)

I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under paragraph 5.41B(1)(b) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) SPECIFY the following kinds of fees or charges for the purposes of paragraph 5.41B(1)(b) of the Regulations:

1. nomination fees or charges;

2. sponsorship fees or charges;

3. visa evidence fees or charges; or

4. visa application fees or charges.

This Instrument Types of Fees and Charges 2016/083, IMMI 16/083, commences immediately after the commencement of Schedule 2 to the Migration Legislation Amendment (2016 Measures No. 3) Regulation 2016.
